Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the financial services sector, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to target key accounts.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (C-suite executives) and decision-makers within financial institutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product, customer success, and marketing, to deliver customized solutions that address client needs and challenges.
Work closely with cloud partners, particularly AWS, to drive joint sales initiatives and expand customer engagement.
Lead presentations and demonstrations of our platform’s capabilities to prospective clients, highlighting its ability to optimize cloud infrastructure and drive cost savings.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while delivering value to clients.
Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Required
10+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record selling into financial services accounts.
Proven success in selling complex, high-value solutions to financial institutions (e.g., banks, asset management firms, insurance companies).
You have previously worked in a startup and you know how to be successful in a fast paced environment.
Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS; familiarity with cloud cost optimization and performance management is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to engage with C-level executives and drive enterprise deals.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including regulatory requirements, key challenges, and technological needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
