Senior Account Executive - Mid-Market

Responsibilities
Leverage existing connections and build a network of influential decision-makers within the mid-market real estate technology sector
Identify and engage prospective brokerages, understanding their current needs and educating them about Rechat’s platform and value proposition.
Collaborate with the CEO and sales team to develop and close partnership deals that add value to the business.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM (HubSpot), including deals, company, and contact records.
Represent Rechat at industry events and networking functions to grow the brand within the mid-market segment.
Contribute to all stages of the sales process, including marketing, product design, and strategic discussions.
Conduct outreach to prospective clients via cold calls, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn, and other methods.
Articulate our value proposition and handle objections to create qualified opportunities in targeted markets.
Document all activities in our CRM, ensuring excellent and accurate data management.
Drive engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.
Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
Manage strategic partnerships to grow business and present opportunities to company executives and management.
Deliver presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
Provide growth strategies for current partners (customers) to identify new sales opportunities.

Required
PropTech Sales Experience Required
Experience selling SaaS to real estate audiences and solution selling to mid-market VP and C-level executive
Self-starter attitude with the ability to solve problems independently; comfortable with ambiguity
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
High level of understanding of the real estate market.
Proven ability to articulate value and business impact through analytics and KPIs.
Commitment to embodying our core values in all facets of the role.
Ability to work independently and succeed in a remote environment.
Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen.
Detail-oriented and persuasive.
4+ years experience in selling leading-edge technology services and software products; including a history of strong performance (Customer Success, Direct Sales, Account Management) - required.
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) Business, Marketing, or Management, or related field - preferred
