Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities
Achieving/ Exceeding new business thresholds and target levels in a defined territory.
Prospecting, developing, and securing exceptional new client relationships.
Working alongside the sales development, marketing, customer success and research teams to grow revenue.
Initiating client discussions; leading customer presentations; managing the customer sales cycle.
Closing deals and working collaboratively with the Account Management team.
Discover needs, present, and sell to all levels of businesses from Mid to Enterprise level.
Travel to industry events, client meetings and company outings.
Utilize web meeting platforms to sell by delivering software demonstrations sharing our portal.
Sell in person as opportunities or prospects warrant.
Discover client needs and identify how our solutions meet them
Strategically set individual sales goals, analyzing personal performance, and forecast future sales.
Organize work to include dedicated time of prospecting and meeting outreach targets.
Document Sales activities in company CRM.
Demonstrate a high level of initiative to search, discover, develop opportunities.

Required
Experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to manage a geographic-based commercial territory
Experience in prospecting and developing new client relationships
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to conduct outbound sales activities such as industry trade shows, cold calling, and targeted campaigns
Capability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively
Proficiency in leveraging internal resources and technology stack for sales
Strong business acumen and ability to analyze personal performance
Willingness to travel to industry events, client meetings, and company outings
Experience in utilizing web meeting platforms for sales presentations
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams like sales development, marketing, customer success, and research
Proficiency in documenting sales activities in a CRM system
High level of initiative and perseverance to discover and develop sales opportunities
Preferred
Experience in the construction industry or related verticals
Experience selling software solutions or technology products
Experience selling to Mid to Enterprise level businesses
