Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key food service partners, including Sodexo, Compass, Aramark, and others.
Drive sales growth and pursue new business through self-operating locations within healthcare and higher education.
Provide ongoing client support and training to ensure their success and continued growth.
Be a valuable partner on the team that steps forward to help identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities, and help inform the sales strategy as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.

Required
5+ years of sales experience, with knowledge of the non-commercial food service segments (e.g., Compass, Sodexo, Aramark).
Proven track record of executing successful channel sales strategies, resulting in strong revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and key stakeholders.
Expert in equipment and value-based selling.
Technically savvy and experience using sales tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience selling equipment.
Connections in the healthcare and university space.
