Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Development: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, fostering business growth.
Client Prospecting: Identify and engage new clients through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, monitoring local media companies, networking events, and referrals.
Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives and challenges, delivering tailored, scalable solutions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Industry Expertise: Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the OTT/CTV landscape, offering consultative advice to clients.
Business Forecasting: Provide regular forecasts of your sales activities and performance, keeping the regional sales lead informed on progress toward goals.
Networking and Lead Generation: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and generate new business leads.
Regional Travel: Plan and execute travel to your designated region to strengthen relationships and develop new accounts.

Required

Established relationships with agencies and clients in your home market and/or dedicated region.
Proven track record of developing business from cold call through renewal.
A driven individual who excels at managing their own schedule and priorities.
Strong ability to identify opportunities and strategize effective solutions for clients.
Ability to view the big picture and make decisions that contribute to long-term success.
Strong skills in negotiation, enabling successful deal closures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
