Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target and acquire new accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
Own and manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation, contracting, and hand-off to onboarding team.
Represent the company at industry events, tradeshows, and client meetings, requiring regular travel to foster relationships and close deals.
Consistently achieve or exceed annual sales quotas, demonstrating a results-driven approach and high-performance mindset.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Expansion, Customer Success) to establish and monitor success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Engage and sell to multiple C-level and executive stakeholders, building trust and credibility across diverse decision-making units.

Required

7+ years of solution-based, multi-product sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering results.
Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing, with a strong emphasis on selling multi-product solutions.
Experience managing $1M+ in annual quota, consistently achieving or surpassing performance benchmarks.
Proven ability to self-prospect, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities independently.
Deep understanding of business practices, industry trends, and competitor landscape in the broader sporting goods industry.
Exhibits passion, energy, and enthusiasm, effectively engaging both external customers and internal cross-functional teams.
Effectively communicates and demonstrates return on investment (ROI) during negotiations, ensuring mutual value for both the customer and ExpertVoice.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, leveraging data and insights to inform sales strategies and drive decision-making.

Preferred

Experience in selling digital marketing, influencer marketing, or ratings and reviews platforms is a strong plus.
