Responsibilities

Provide consultative, solutions-based information to renewable energy organizations to help them understand how solutions from Radian Generation can meet their business needs.
Drive high sales growth, through a consultative solution-selling based approach.
Provide customer perspective to Radian Generation Product and Service teams based on customer interactions and market data.
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through development of direct prospecting campaigns within existing market segments.
Provide proposals and sales presentations.
Sets the standard for performing sales tasks following standard operating procedures; developing innovative new processes to optimize sales.
Drive resolution of complex problems and cross functional scope.
Work with Marketing to improve campaigns for lead generation and provides near real-time feedback on leads, campaigns and events and provides ideas to drive effectiveness.
Provide Product team with feedback from customers and prospects on product functionality and feature requests.
Coach and mentor newer team members on job specific roles and processes.
Network with colleagues in the renewable energy space at conferences and trade shows to stay abreast of topics that are driving opportunities aligned with our solutions.
Travel up to 40% of your time.

Required

Proven expertise in consultative sales
Proven documentation, presentation, and communication skills with working teams and senior level management, CEOs, boards of directors
University Degree with 8-12 years of consultative sales experience
Specialized depth and breadth of experience in consultative sales and prospecting theories, practices and procedures.
Experience with Enterprise software sales in the renewable energy industry.
Lead development of new sales procedures to solve standard problems; analyses information and standard practices to make judgements and improve outcomes.
Deep understanding of competitors and their offering, and leads creation of our unique differentiators.
Track record of consistently closing deals and consistently exceeding sales targets.
A self-starter and proven teammate who is motivated to succeed. Big picture thinking that drives team to meet organizational goals and provides cross-functional improvements.
Excellent people/customer relationship skills.
Ability to learn new applications quickly, and help coach others in their learning.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills.
Willingness and ability to travel.
Expertise in standard MS Office and Adobe PDF toolsets.
Expertise with Salesforce, able to coach and mentor others, and builds reports and dashboards that help the team gain better insights into their sales initiatives.

Preferred

Experience in the green energy or utilities domain.
Experience with a U.S. based company.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill information and present it in an understandable manner appropriate for multiple audiences.
Demonstrated root cause analysis and problem solving skills.
Strong coaching and mentorship other team members.
Assists with training creation, process improvement.
