Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Richmond market
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Conduct consultative sales presentations to demonstrate the value of Source4 solutions
Understand client pain points and recommend tailored solutions
Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and ensure client satisfaction
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the printing, promotional products, and direct marketing industry
Proven ability to generate new business and exceed sales targets
Strong understanding of web-based storefronts and e-commerce platforms
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Consultative selling approach with the ability to identify client needs and recommend solutions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience calling on healthcare and financial industry
Existing network of contacts and clients in the Richmond business community
