Responsibilities
Leading a team of account executives to meet sales objectives
Setting achievable sales quotas for the team
Establishing lasting relationships with new customers
Managing existing customer accounts and ensuring satisfaction
Developing account plans to retain customers
Understanding customer needs and aligning products/services
Creating compelling sales proposals and closing deals
Gathering customer feedback for product/service enhancement
Managing complex sales deals and relationships

Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
3+ years in Software or SaaS industry with sales quota experience
Proven track record as a senior account executive
Successful sales target achievement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Strong negotiation and leadership skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience selling to C-suite stakeholders
Fluent English proficiency
Authorized to work in the US
Preferred
