Responsibilities
Focus on achieving and exceeding revenue goals and sales activity KPIs.
Accelerate demand for VideoAmp solutions among a large portfolio of agencies and advertisers.
Champion the VideoAmp brand & be confident pitching VideoAmp Solutions in market, while continuing to develop personal learning agendas around more advanced VideoAmp offerings.
Demonstrate authorship, agency, and accountability in your book of business.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proactively providing solutions to meet their goals.
Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiations.
Collaborate and partner closely with internal teams to ensure client success, including strategy & pricing, revenue operations, customer success, product, marketing, and engineering teams.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape, and communicate insights to internal teams.
Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in data, TV, and/or digital video.
Proven track record of successfully working with brands and agencies on product offerings.
History of solid sales achievement and experience structuring and closing large, complex deals.
Deep Product knowledge.
Technical experience in data strategy, analytics, and/or measurement/adops.
Deep knowledge of using external sales tools such as Media Radar, E-marketer, Kantar, Seller Crowd, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Ability to operate with independent discretion and lead with confidence.
Desire to upskill rapidly and often within product, data science, marketing science disciplines, to sell effectively to clients.
Clear understanding/experience with 6-12m sales cycles.
Collaborative teammate and partner across the company.
Preferred
Agency experience preferred.
