Responsibilities
Meet, and exceed, services booking quotas
Actively nurture Salesforce territory to source leads and drive client/prospect events that align with Atrium’s GTM strategy
Actively pursue and hunt for new business opportunities in accounts
Network within the industry, market, and accounts to drive new client opportunities
Identify/develop key partner strategies for specific customers and market segments
Communicate effectively at all client levels
Quickly grasp client business and technical requirements and fit consulting solutions around those specific needs
Manage all phases of the sales process to successful close (including proposal development, coordination of estimate and scope construction, client presentations, statements of work and other legal contracts)
Partner with our pre-sales team and Solution Architects to transform the client’s needs into a clearly articulated scope, estimate and plan to meet their objectives
Create a compelling story and educate prospects on the value of their solution and tie it back to their business needs
Handle client objections and think creatively to overcome barriers
Add industry-specific and technology solution expertise to the sales process
Maintain and nurture client relationships and partner with our delivery team members to create client roadmaps that can lead to additional business
Consistently adhere to the standards of the sales and marketing operational processes including, but not limited to, maintaining Salesforce data accuracy, forecasting excellence, pipeline management, win stories, and support for Salesforce CSAT surveys
Build a pipeline and progress opportunities while aligning with project teams for staffing needs and with alliances for ACV tracking
Travel for Client and/or Salesforce meetings and events, as needed

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Passion for selling services in a fast-paced, evolving environment and managing deal cycles from beginning to end with customers
5+ years of channel selling experience in the professional services space
3+ years of selling Salesforce solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem
Ability to advise and sell a variety of highly complex solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
Ability to collaborate and lead internal teams through a complex solution sales cycle
Proficiency in Google Apps, MS Office, Lucid Charts, Salesforce and other applications
Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills
Experience selling at the “C” level
Organized and methodical; strong prioritization and negotiation skills
Familiarity with MEDDPIC, Miller Heiman, or similar sales methodology
Motivated by the ability to be in the driver’s seat and maximize your earning potential
