Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact and client channel lead for clients, while supporting the larger team across various projects
Revenue & retention responsibilities for managed accounts
Participate in onboardings, renewal calls, and other important client communications
Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning
Analyze performance data and KPIs
Develop weekly client meeting content to track progress toward client goals
Maintain excellent standards and quality of service
Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results
Contribute to projects, process changes, and roll-outs
Assist with trainings on new features and services
Create best practices, and assist in developing process documents

Required

2+ years of direct paid social client management including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat advertising strategy development, execution & client relationship management
Experience analyzing backend sales data to drive business outcomes
Passion for crunching numbers, analyzing data in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and navigating Excel spreadsheets
You are a communication guru when presenting digital marketing strategy to executive audiences
You frequently find yourself stepping into leadership roles and want those around you to succeed
Not afraid to get in the weeds, but still able to see the trees, forest, and ecosystem
'Driven' and 'Innovative' are attributes commonly associated with you
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience

Experience in Shopify platforms
Directly managed paid social budgets of $100,000+ in monthly ad spend
