Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value and strategic customers.
Develop and maintain deep relationships with client stakeholders to understand their business goals and objectives.
Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align on outcomes.
Drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligned with client needs.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify new revenue streams within existing accounts.
Ensure renewal of contracts by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure customers achieve desired outcomes with our platform by leveraging its full potential.
Identify and proactively resolve issues that may impact client satisfaction or retention.
Advocate for customers internally by providing feedback to product, engineering, and support teams.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet customer objectives and company growth targets.
Monitor key account metrics, including usage, adoption, and engagement trends, to drive insights and actions.
Forecast and report on account performance, pipeline, and revenue opportunities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, product, and marketing.
Serve as a mentor to junior account managers, sharing best practices and expertise.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role in the SaaS industry.
Proven success in managing enterprise-level accounts and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle, and subscription metrics (e.g., ARR, NRR, Churn).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, or SaaS products.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and account management software.
Preferred
Advanced degree is a plus.
Certifications in Account Management, Customer Success, or SaaS tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred.
