Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans (activities, resources, approaches/processes, timelines, etc.)

Lead communications that build trust and credibility internally and externally, including leading meetings, documenting next steps, supporting accountability with follow-ups, sharing work, guiding offline reviews, clarifying feedback, etc.

Review creative content with editorial and design teams

Guide all work through the approval process with clients

Support strategic initiatives to drive audience engagement

Create proposals & budget estimates for new project requests

Manage billing and budget tracking for clients

Prepare quarterly business reviews

Provide overall leadership for the integrated team
