Responsibilities

Nurturing long-term relationships with key accounts across assigned verticals.
Driving client satisfaction by collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
Conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings, calls, and emails to proactively address client needs and elevate their experience.
Creating tailored account management plans to meet each client's goals with precision.
Enhancing customer relationships through organization, self-motivation, and teamwork.
Monitoring customer data usage and service performance to provide valuable insights through monthly reporting.

Required

Experience in supporting client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to multi-task while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, presentation, verbal and written communications skills
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
5+ years of sales and customer experience
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
Deep understanding of State and Federal procurement
Proficiency in managing accounts through various communication methods - email, phone, online presentations, and in-person meetings
Strong communication skills enabling presentation and influence at all organizational levels, including executive and C-suite tiers
Ability to juggle multiple activities with keen attention to detail
Experience monitoring customer data usage and service performance
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Connectwise, Costguard, Google apps and help desk support software
