Required
Derivatives experience
Experience in financial reporting
Technical accounting knowledge
Ability to work cross-functionally with teams (Tax, Legal, PPE, Accounting)
Experience with transactions, acquisitions, and sales
Knowledge of Quarterly GAAP and NAVS
Experience with Fair Value Accounting
Experience with Quarterly reporting
Experience with audits
Familiarity with Workiva and Yardi
Ability to manage daily derivative operations
Experience with trade settlement
Experience with margin call coordination
Experience with valuation tracking
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external counterparties
Strong reporting and compliance skills
Preferred
Desire to progress into a Controller role
Interest in mentorship and skill development
Experience in a fast-paced hiring process
