Responsibilities

Serves as the primary liaison for a group of clients.

Supports and mentors staff accountants.

Reviews weekly and monthly deliverables prepared by staff and senior accountants for accuracy.

Prepares standard and non-standard journal entries.

Reviews, analyzes, and reconciles general ledger accounts.

Prepares and reviews budgets and track variances with actual.

Prepares and distributes weekly and monthly client financial reports within specified deadlines.

Coordinates monthly financial review meetings and presents financials to a group of clients.

Required

A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.

2+ years of accounting experience.

Excellent people, customer service, organizational and presentation skills.

Extremely detail oriented and focused on completion and follow up.

Strong collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills.

Ability and desire to multi-task and take on multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.

Excellent work habits and self-motivation.

A passion for building and being part of a team.

Preferred

Outsourced accounting experience strongly preferred.
