Responsibilities

Contribute to the recording of account activity, including managing balances and completing reconciliations

Contribute to recording of intercompany activity, ensuring proper recording of intercompany billings and payments across multiple entities

Contribute to the management of the fixed assets through policy application and general ledger review

Contribute to the management of the inventory balances through subsystem interfaces and cycle count process management

Interface with external auditors to complete transaction and financial audits

Contribute to the implementation and documentation of accounting policies and procedures, including review and assessment of new GAAP pronouncements

Contribute to the production and management of financial statements and related reporting

Contribute to the management of complex financial structures and associated financing agreements

Assist with routine internal and external reporting requirements, including presentation of financial and related operational data as well as monitoring compliance with external covenants

Performing ad-hoc financial analyses and support team as needed
