Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day AR functions including collections.

Assist in day-to-day AP functions.

Manage company EDI connections

Perform semi-monthly bank reconciliations.

Review and process credit card expense reports.

Manage commission schedules.

Manage Fixed Assets, deferred costs, and amortization schedules.

Manage Amazon Vendor Central.

Assist with month end financial closing tasks.

Assist with audits.

Undertake other ad-hoc assignments and responsibilities as required.

Required

3-5 years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

EDI experience is a preferred

CPG industry experience is a plus.

Experience with Concur, Salesforce, and ERP is a plus.

Inventory purchase and cost accounting experience is preferred.
