Responsibilities

Prepare global reporting requirements (monthly, quarterly and consolidation), collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion

Research and provide guidance around complex accounting transactions, including but not limited to: revenue recognition, collaborations, fixed assets, impairment, debt and equity financing, stock compensation, intercompany balance reconciliation and business acquisitions

Own revenue recognition and accounts receivable reserve

Oversee accounting and reconciliation activities for debt, lease and equity plan

Establish, maintain and ensure compliance for Company accounting policies

Provide significant support of the annual financial statement audit, including oversight of third-party subject matter experts and work with external audit firm

Oversee GAAP adjustments, monitor GAAP changes and implement best practices

Review commissions calculations and accrual

Required

Proven experience managing the full cycle account process that includes month end process, accruals, revenue recognition, costing, reporting, complex transactions, GAAP adjustments, foreign subsidiaries, and global operations is required.

2-3 years of experience in the SaaS industry is required.

Bachelors degree in Accounting required.

CPA required.

Self starter with the ability to manage tight deadlines, detail orientated and work independently is required.

Ability to work well in a team atmosphere.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

Experience with NetSuite preferred.
