Responsibilities

Maintain the monthly closing check list

Prepare Journal Entries required to fairly represent the results for the month

Prepare reconciliations on all Balance Sheet Accounts

Create and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Prepare and maintain Business registrations and licenses

Review and Manage Concur expense reports and integration/creation of journal entries within NetSuite

Guide A/R A/P Specialists and Staff Accountants by answering questions

Prepare various cash, AP, and AR reports monthly

Reconcile the bank balance daily and manage treasury operations to ensure accounts are properly funded

Post customer deposits, working closely with AR Specialist

Manage credit card chargeback process, which includes providing dispute responses to credit card processors and ensuring transactions are tracked and posted properly.

Create and maintain fixed asset records

Reconcile and code corporate card transactions to receipts monthly

Respond to audit requests timely

Manage the accounts payable process

Manage the payment and processing of taxes and tax returns

Other duties, as assigned
