Responsibilities
Maintain accurate accounting records for joint ventures and partnerships.
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
Manage purchase accounting, acquisitions, and intercompany transactions.
Ensure compliance with GAAP/ ASC standards and internal controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support joint venture operations.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of accounting experience, including joint venture accounting
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, Bill.com) and advanced Excel
Strong analytical and communication skills
