Responsibilities

Prepare month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly close deliverables.

Lead processes for areas of responsibility including but not limited to prepaids, cloud computing assets, accruals, and intercompany.

Prepare and review flux explanations for the balance sheet and income statement.

Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining corporate accounting policies and procedures.

Drive process improvements and efficiencies for areas of responsibility.

Partner with the North America and EMEAA accounting leadership teams for intercompany elimination between plants and corporate accounting.

Collaborate with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team for alignment with both management and external reporting.

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting required.

3+ years of experience in general ledger accounting.

Critical thinker with high attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced Excel skills required.

Preferred

SAP, Hyperion, and PowerQuery experience a plus.
