Responsibilities

Review contracts and contract documentation to ensure revenue and related accounts are presented accurately according to ASC 606

Perform revenue activities and balance sheet reconciliations as part of the monthly close process

Work closely with the billing and collections team to resolve customer payment issues

Assist with order management functions, including monitoring the integration between Salesforce and NetSuite, and ensuring orders are transferred accurately and completely

Partner with the legal, business operations, and sales on contract negotiations and deal structure to ensure revenue recognition compliance

Document revenue processes and controls, implement improvements, and drive automation initiatives

Work closely with business operations team to build and test system configurations based on provided requirements and use cases

Assist external auditors on revenue related requests and documentation

Assist with ad-hoc projects for the Corporate Controller and Senior Revenue Manager as they arise
