Responsibilities

Oversee general ledger processing, ensuring accurate posting of financial transactions.

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.

Collaborate with different divisions to ensure accurate record-keeping and allocations.

Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Support budgeting processes, including location-specific income statements and corporate departmental expense development.

Assist with quarterly P&L forecasting and appropriation ledger management.

Support audit processes by preparing monthly and annual financial statements as needed.

Oversee sales and use tax reporting and support ERP system design and reporting through management tools.

Engage in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to identify cost-saving, synergy, and M&A opportunities.

Contribute to continuous improvement in internal controls and accounting processes.
