Responsibilities

Provide support to international operations related to local / US GAAP conversion and other technical matters

Provide technical accounting guidance and expertise to business leaders and/or the business development team to support special projects

Lead efforts to implement new accounting standards as they become effective.

Assist in reviews of external filings to provide policy viewpoint and technical accounting support.

Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling, and reviewing work, ensuring quality standards.

Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance, and administering corrective action for staff.
