Responsibilities

Evaluate and price new MGA opportunities to ensure profitability targets will be achieved. Develop rate level and rating algorithm changes needed to achieve profitability.

Work closely with a panel of existing Member MGAs to ensure continued profitability and address any actuarial support needed.

Think creatively about how the actuarial function can better serve our Member MGAs at scale.

Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks, providing proactive recommendations.

Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively across Underwriting, Distribution, Claims, and Technology teams.
