Responsibilities
Applying Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility
Demonstrating and driving the Thermo Fisher values - Integrity, Intensity, Involvement, and Innovation
Maintaining confidentiality of all aspects of duties related to the company
Coordinating requests and responses internally and externally, acting as a liaison between managers, employees, clients, vendors, and team members
Managing a dynamic calendar and screening meeting requests
Completing projects and special assignments with exceptional attention to detail
Leading community events and site activities, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment

Required
High School Diploma or GED (Associates degree or business-related field preferred)
Three (3) years of experience in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to maintain strict confidentiality
The ability to problem solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment
