Responsibilities

Proactive calendar management in a fast-paced, high volume, and ever-changing client service environment, including organizing and scheduling meetings and events

Building effective working relationships with key stakeholders such as MDPs, Partners, Clients, and internal resources

Proactively leaning in to support high leverage activities for MDPs and Partners, such as assisting with account planning and client relationship management

Acting as a thought partner and trusted advisor to MDPs, Partners, and their teams

Keeping stakeholders informed of critical information, guiding them toward making right decisions, and taking initiative to bring important matters forward

Performing other duties as assigned or required, including providing personal support for MDPs

Customer ServiceSupporting Executives

Required

Bachelor's degree, strongly preferred

Demonstrated customer service experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (extremely fast paced!), supporting executives, strongly preferred
