Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement advanced software solutions to address complex challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices
Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure high-quality deliverables
Stay up-to-date with the latest software development trends and technologies

Required
Bachelor's degree or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another related field
5+ years of experience in software development
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C and C++
Industrial communication protocol experience - I2C, SPI, UART and high-level protocols
Embedded systems experience in milliwatt power environments
Experience with software development tools, version control systems, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines
Use of source control tools like Git, BitBucket
Utility or test Software development on PC
Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
Preferred
Master’s degree with knowledge about Industrial Communications Protocols such as BLE, HART, Profinet etc
Experience in software simulation
Design for cybersecurity
Design for SIL (Safety Integrity Level)
Use of Agile tools like Jira and Confluence
Ability to anticipate needs
Ability to consistently demonstrate business impact and a continuous drive for improvement
Ability to influence customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to deliver optimal outcomes
Ability to consistently make timely decisions balanced with decisiveness in ambiguous circumstances
