Responsibilities

Building a strong understanding of solutions, markets served, and enterprise capabilities

Leading the intake and prioritization of development initiatives

Coordinating and leading business prioritization meetings

Preparing and reporting on compliance, legal, and privacy initiatives

Liaising to support global and US development prioritization

Contributing to and leading the development of the strategic plan

Capturing, evaluating, and reporting on US market adoption of global initiatives

Developing opinions on product orchestration and delivery strategies

Creating executive-ready materials for business reviews and updates

Performing project management and coordination tasks

Building trust with business partners and key decision makers

Required

6+ years of professional experience

Prior product management, strategy, and/or consulting experience desired

Experience working effectively with cross-functional senior-level managers and executives

Proven ability to build relationships and work successfully within a highly matrixed organization

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to develop high quality PowerPoint presentations appropriate for executive audiences

Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational and project management skills and high degree of comfort managing multiple assignments with little direct supervision

Driven by intellectual curiosity and independent thinking and positive “can do” attitude

Bachelor’s degree with an MBA or other Master’s degree program preferred but not required
