Responsibilities
Develop and implement AI and machine learning models to support internal applications and functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and tailor AI solutions to meet these goals.

Required
8-10 years of experience in AI/machine learning, with a Ph.D. preferred.
Proven experience working with AI and machine learning, with a strong grasp of model development and deployment.
Strong skills in Python and general data science.
High-powered consulting experience, preferably with a background in handling diverse clients and adapting to different organizational cultures.
Preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in a mix of enterprise and startup settings, comfortable with a high level of autonomy and minimal supervision.
Previous consulting experience, ideally with multiple clients in various sectors, including politically complex or large-scale organizations.
