Responsibilities
Define Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for inference caching and routing, aligning with Redis’ overall AI strategy.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other internal and external stakeholders to define and write detailed product requirements.
Manage Product Lifecycle: Maintain a backlog of features, manage priorities, and ensure execution to specifications—and on time in light of Redis strategy.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers and partners to understand their needs and gather feedback to inform product development.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate on go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

Required
5+ years of experience in software product management or equivalent experience in an enterprise organization.
Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including experience with machine learning tools such as LLMs, Generative AI frameworks like LangChain and vector databases.
Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision and requirements to diverse teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Redis and its ecosystem.
Active participation in the AI open-source community.
Experience architecting cloud-native applications.
