Responsibilities
Performs at senior levels in areas of requirements elicitation and modeling, analysis, problem solving and artifact production.
Expertly utilizes formal and informal written communication methods to communicate requested product development changes.
Collaborates with Product Managers to elicit, document and model requirements to support writing features and user stories.
Analyzes and translates business requirements to identify impacts, trends, and gaps.
Understands and negotiates feature needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
Partners with product management and other teams within the organization providing and sharing expert knowledge of designated areas.
Proficiently facilitates requirements and other meetings and presentations for diverse audiences.
Facilitates backlog refinement meetings and clearly explains requirements to Agile teams.
Leads interactive and controlled meetings to elicit business processes.
Assesses business processes, uncovers system inefficiencies, and recommends solutions.
Provides product thought leadership and demonstrates fluency in understanding business processes.
Performs other functions such as quality assurance testing and other duties as needed.
Owns and delivers multiple projects, on an ongoing, long-term and ad-hoc basis.
Serves as lead business analyst on larger projects with ability to lead and coach other business analysts.
Provides day-to-day support and evaluation of production questions, and issues.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or computer science, or combination of education and relevant experience.
Minimum of 5+ years of business analysis experience.
Deep understanding of and experience with business analysis techniques, standards and best practices.
Demonstrates outstanding relationship management, communication, teamwork, influence and leadership.
Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with cross-functional teams across the organization, internal and external stakeholders and end users.
Technical background with knowledge of software development, web technologies and SDLC processes.
Knowledge and experience with Agile frameworks and Scrum principles.
Ability to frequently move onto different tasks as organizational priorities change.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to communicate clearly and comfortably with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail; able to drive initiatives through to completion.
Detail oriented, analytical problem solver who can identify and solve complex problems.
Self-motivated; can work independently as well as in a team environment.
Works well under pressure, with professional demeanor, using good judgment, negotiation, listening, diplomacy and tact.
Continually questions the status quo, identifies areas in need of improvement and recognizes inefficiencies.
Preferred
Business analyst certification (e.g. IIBA-CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred, but not required.
