Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to assess pricing and promotional strategies.
Analyze customer and channel performance to generate actionable insights for business improvement.
Support marketing initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations on campaigns and promotions.
Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards using SQL and data visualization tools.
Assist in tracking key performance metrics and providing insights to inform business decisions.
Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of reporting to support data-driven marketing strategies.
Support the execution of A/B and multivariate testing to optimize marketing and sales initiatives.
Analyze experimental data to evaluate the effectiveness of tests and identify opportunities for improvement.
Present insights and recommendations from tests to cross-functional teams and mid-level leadership.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or marketing analytics
Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and basic experimental design
Experience working cross-functionally with finance and marketing teams
Proficiency in statistical modeling and hypothesis testing using tools such as R or Python
Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
Ability to synthesize data and translate it into actionable insights
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly
Basic financial and business acumen, with the ability to understand how data insights relate to business goals
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with a focus on supporting team efforts and business initiatives
Preferred
Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
Experience in multi-unit retail, service industries, or franchise operations
