Senior Analyst, People Data Governance - Remote

Responsibilities
Create a comprehensive People Data Governance framework in partnership with the Director, Workforce Analytics & Insights, including policies, procedures, and standards for data management
Monitor and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of people data across systems
Conduct regular audits and assessments of People data to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement
Collaborate with People Team and cross-functional stakeholders to establish clear data ownership and stewardship roles
Implement data quality controls and metrics to assess and enhance the reliability of our people data
Partner with L&D to facilitate training and awareness programs on data governance and quality best practices
Proactively analyze data quality issues and recommend corrective actions to improve data management practices
Maintain comprehensive documentation of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring they are accessible and up-to-date
Foster a culture of continuous improvement in data management practices across the organization, encouraging feedback and innovative solutions

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience in data analytics, quality assurance, or data governance.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of People data processes and data privacy regulations.
Experience working in Workday.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience and knowledge of People Data Governance is highly preferred.
