Responsibilities

Executes pricing changes for new and existing items on pricing systems.
Maintains adequate documentation on pricing changes.
Adheres and enhances standard operating procedures on all pricing management activities.
Partners with Chargeback analysts to conduct research audits on price changes.
Collaborates with Internal and External Audit providing research and analysis on pricing changes.
Develops and enhances reporting tools to assist with pricing and chargeback research.
Builds customer contract and pricing reports.
Supports processing and payment operations for SOURCESM Generics customers.
Contributes to the continuous improvement of processes and policies supporting the program.
Partners with Revenue Management teams to plan and execute pricing strategies.

Required

Open to fresh college graduates or individuals with 2+ years of total experience in a related field (could include internships), preferred.
Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement new processes.
Experience conducting and developing audit processes.
Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.
Sense of urgency, attention to detail and accountability needed.
Ability to build strong collaborative relationships and communicates effectively.
Enjoys detailed and challenging puzzles, thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and possesses the aptitude to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills; Client service oriented (both internal and external).
Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Must bring a data-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

Preferred

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Looker, Alteryx) a plus but not required.
