Responsibilities

Support the Ancillary Income team in analyzing and reporting important financial data.
Support the Ancillary Income team in collecting and updating data for implementation plans.
Exhibit detailed understanding of capital investment financial modeling and assist in underwriting revenue generating projects.
Develop, maintain, and implement Business Intelligence (PowerBI) reports and dashboards to support executive decisions.
Work with business/end users to gather requirements for BI reports and dashboards.
Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports and presentations for Senior Management.
Collect and analyze market and industry data and prepare market analysis. Create and maintain capital budgets for revenue generating projects.
Maintain up-to-date records of active Ancillary Income contracts and their key timelines.
Role will crossover to support the Asset Management team.

Required

A Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
Strong written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with others.
Operates in a fast-paced work setting. Requires the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities. May involve tight deadlines and high-energy work situations.
Requires the ability to work Monday through Friday.
Requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Minimal physical effort in the day-to-day tasks.

Preferred

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in real estate, financial planning & analysis, and BI reporting is preferred
Experience with power query, DAX functions/formulas, data modeling, and basic understanding of relational databases is preferred.
