Responsibilities

Conduct investigations by developing investigative plans, identifying case approach methods, gathering and evaluating case matters, conducting interviews, analyzing findings, and developing recommendations.

Support investigative protocol and company standards by acting as an interview witness, providing guidance to leaders, and identifying areas of opportunity within protocols and processes.

Provide guidance to business leaders on corrective action implementation, review case details, develop recommendations based on policies and trends, and support communication of corrective actions.

Demonstrate expertise in the development and improvement of action plans, provide expert advice to others, and support the implementation of business solutions.

Model compliance with company policies and procedures, support company values and ethics, and incorporate these into business plans and processes.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
