Responsibilities

Align with business process areas to support data conversion and readiness activities for ERP systems.

Collect new data, validate data, visualize data, and update/create reports.

Monitor and respond to Data Readiness Reports, work on data load templates, and capture test data sets.

Provide support during testing efforts, analyze non-IT business problems, and articulate requirements for process improvement.

Assess process performance and prepare ROI statements for proposed investments.

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft programs, particularly Excel, Power BI, and SQL

Ability to create formulas and visuals to support data analysis

Analyzing non-IT business problems and articulating requirements for process improvement

Assessing process performance and preparing ROI statements for proposed investments

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organizational skills

Integration with Power Query in Power BI for data modeling and reporting

Creating interactive dashboards and reports

Basic understanding of statistical methods and their application in Excel

Skills in creating charts and graphs to visualize data insights

Data Transformation, Query Development, and Data Importing using Power Query

Strong understanding of advanced Excel formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS)

Creating and manipulating PivotTables and PivotCharts

Applying conditional formatting to highlight key data points

Understanding of the M language for advanced data transformations in Power Query
