Responsibilities
Act as a key strategic financial advisor to the North America EX and W&R business leaders.
Support the finance directors in managing the EX and W&R businesses.
Maintain a client service focus and drive business performance optimization through reporting and analysis.
Develop strong working relationships across the HWC Finance team and Corporate Finance.
Implement processes for financial performance management including month end/quarterly close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Analyze monthly business results, review P&Ls, and propose financial adjustments.
Lead annual planning process, quarterly forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses.
Support transformation efforts, capital allocation decisions, and resource allocation.
Drive critical financial interpretation and support business leadership in understanding financial results.
Conduct continuous improvement, management reporting, M&A, integration, etc.
Collaborate with others across segments, businesses, and geographies.
Convey financial messages to senior leadership in a succinct and credible manner.

Required
5+ years related experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business operations analysis.
Financial and Business acumen as evidenced by having roles with progressively broader financial responsibilities, including exposure to commercial modeling.
Demonstrated ability to think critically and analytically, along with ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
Proactive approach to problem solving and a customer-centric mindset.
Must be able to work within a matrix organization to collaborate with others across segments/businesses and geographies.
Excellent English oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey financial messages to senior leadership in a succinct and credible manner.
Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization and with outside personnel; diplomacy, leadership, and confidence are important.
Attention to accuracy and detail with the ability to understand materiality and meet deadlines.
Systems/data knowledge to be able to direct colleagues in the accumulation and synthesis of data into operational recommendations.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Oracle EPM, Hyperion Financial Management, and Oracle Financial Applications preferable.
