Responsibilities
Build forecast models for Disney Entertainment content releases and the subsequent impacts on subscriber acquisition and retention
Partner with content teams and regional partners to optimize timing of content releases
Collaborate closely with stakeholders from content planning, data analytics, strategy, research and operational marketing and scheduling teams
Support strategic ad hoc analysis to highlight KPI trends, opportunities / risks to plan, size new offerings, evaluate new strategic initiatives
Maintain a strong understanding of operating performance (e.g. KPIs, subscribers), major deals and transactions, issues and challenges facing the businesses, and relevant trends in the streaming business
Develop impactful, compelling presentation materials (decks, notes, write-ups, backup materials, etc.)

Required
Minimum 2+ years of strategy or finance experience within the tech, media & entertainment, management consultancy or investment bank / private equity industries
Strong analytical capabilities and financial modeling skills (MS Excel), including the ability to build models from scratch
Strong communication skills- both verbal and written and ability to simplify complex matters for an executive audience
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel/Powerpoint
Ability to have flexibility with juggling multiple tasks and projects at the same time, while keeping management properly informed
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with working in or with global, large organizations is a plus
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred
MBA or equivalent degree is a plus
