Responsibilities

Build and maintain cross-functional relationships across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Audit stakeholders to drive effective financial risk management

Improve efficiency of the control environment through implementation of automation solutions

Develop and maintain data analytics models and tools to identify and assess key risks across the organization

Design and implement continuous monitoring and reporting solutions to track risk trends

Build interactive BI dashboards to transform raw data into actionable insights

Provide data-driven recommendations to improve risk management processes

Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics and risk management.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, and/or a related field

3+ years' professional experience in building and supporting data analytics programs

Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis

Preferred

Master's degree

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment

Experience with machine learning and advanced analytics techniques

Demonstrated project management experience

Knowledge of risk management frameworks and internal audit methodologies
