Responsibilities
Provide ocean inbound operation services and customer service
Coordinate trucking, warehousing, storage, and final delivery to customers’ facility
Manage/control operations, customers, and truckers to minimize unnecessary costs
Forward all appropriate documentation and provide status updates for customers
Ensure accurate billing and exceptional customer service
Conduct rate studies, maintain updates in the operation system, and monitor inbound containers
Handle timely AR/AP processes for both local and overseas agents
Support other operational duties as needed

Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are Required
Proficient computer skills Required
Intermediate-level MS Excel is Required
Problem-solving and critical thinking ability Required
Must be detail-oriented Required
Two (2) Years of Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management Required
Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
Stand/walk
Preferred
Experience with MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint is highly Preferred
