Responsibilities
Develop understanding on Membership Rewards platforms, policies, processes, and capabilities across all MR products
Support planning and execution of Cardmember advanced notices and updates to the MR terms and conditions
Support and drive various initiatives within the MR Governance Process, ensuring proper approvals, alignments and tracking for smooth implementation
Support regulatory change management activities and implementation of select capabilities and redemption experiences in partnership with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Digital, Enterprise Platforms, Legal, Compliance, Servicing, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance
Support or lead hoc support of Loyalty Program priorities
