Responsibilities
Lead client-facing analytics implementations, delivering high-impact solutions to meet business and clinical needs.
Manage the full lifecycle of analytics products, including R&D, testing, support services, and product enhancements.
Provide technical expertise in database management (DBA).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute analytics initiatives across multiple projects.
Work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and customize solutions, including visualizations, that improve patient and provider outcomes.
Leverage AI, tools and process improvements to drive efficiency within Analytics for Royal.
Stay up-to-date with Royal’s growing suite of products, continuously learning and innovating.
Travel 15-30% to meet with clients or attend events (including occasional weekends).

Required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role within the healthcare technology sector
Expertise in BI development, with advanced proficiency in SQL
Deep understanding of healthcare data standards and security, including EHR, EMR, HIE, HL7, and patient privacy regulations
Direct experience working with radiologists and other key stakeholders in radiology departments
Familiarity with radiology workflows and the technical requirements of different imaging modalities
A proven track record in Healthcare IT or Imaging Informatics, ideally within radiology settings
Ability to work with third-party vendors to deliver seamless, integrated solutions for our clients
Analytics UI/UX experience
Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business/Data Analytics, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience
An unwavering commitment to integrity, reliability, and client satisfaction
Preferred
Certifications in MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) or Business Intelligence
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Degree or certifications related to healthcare (HIT, Radiology, Healthcare Informatics)
Prior experience working with Royal Health Inc. software or similar platforms
