Responsibilities

Deliver well-organized, insightful data outputs to internal stakeholders at KPTI.

Analyze and interpret clinical trial, genomic, and real-world evidence (RWE) data.

Design an integrated data architecture that connects multiple sources to enable data mining, machine learning, and AI applications.

Lead the creation and maintenance of automated data pipelines for seamless data processing.

Facilitate data imports and exports to support a unified data environment.

Develop and enhance the user interface (UI) for optimal data accessibility.

Manage and control user access to data analytics systems.

Identify and propose opportunities for analytical and process optimization.

Required

B.S., Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Data-Science, or a related field.

5 - 8 Years Experience in medical and/or biological data analytics and related technologies.

Strong written verbal and written communication skills.

Drive to identify challenges and the solutions to address them.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in developing secure web-based applications.

Comfortable working with large datasets and designing/building high performance data-intensive front-end solutions using a blend of tables and visualizations.

Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, or other compiled programming languages.

Demonstrated skill in the use of one or more analytic software tools or languages (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Ruby, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
