Responsibilities

Primary responsibility is to work with development teams to implement OAuth2 security via the API Platform and API offerings.

Collaborate with API Platform teams to manage interactions with the client’s/provider’s development staff on API capabilities, use cases, and technical solutions.

Assist clients in onboarding to the platform and API gateway.

Develop tooling and automation around manual consulting process

Work with clients to understand their use cases and provide guidance

Collaborate with technical writers to create API documentation, tutorials, and demo applications.

Provide examples and sample code to client developers as needed ??

Act as a liaison with gateway engineers to assist with development team questions and troubleshooting problems.
