Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain systems based on Guidewire and Java.

Collaborate with a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software on time.

Keep up-to-date on trends in enterprise-level frameworks and platforms.

Conduct research and gather information to develop or modify systems and integrations.

Assist in defining best practices, coding standards, and creating reusable code libraries and proof of concepts.

Prepare detailed specifications and designs from which programs are developed.

Code/configure, unit test, debug, document, and maintain complex software applications, continuously leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

Potentially lead a medium-sized development team and mentor less experienced developers.
