Responsibilities
Design and configure applications, ensuring optimal performance based on end-user data and business needs
Manage IT workflows, including Incident and Problem Management, Change Control Management, and IT Project Management
Conduct unit testing of code and collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing of deliverables
Troubleshoot production issues and lead root-cause analysis to prevent future occurrences
Provide ongoing operational support and interact with vendors for issue resolution and system upgrades

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
Minimum of 5 years of IT application experience
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills for process development and problem resolution
Knowledge of healthcare processes and application system coordination
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
Experience within the Healthcare Industry
Relevant certifications and experience related to the role
